My approach is rooted in understanding the personality as an integrated system, where every symptom signals deeper processes. I specialize in working with high-functioning professionals—leaders and experts facing burnout, identity crises, or complex life challenges. Combining psychodynamic methods with systemic analysis, I conduct deep diagnostics and restructuring of personal frameworks. We don’t just discuss problems; we perform a life audit, addressing emotions, logic, and values. This helps uncover the roots of conflicts and rebuild the inner foundation for lasting change. My goal is to help clients regain a sense of wholeness and become the true authors of their own reality.
