A psychologist with 29 years of experience. Over the years, I have accumulated extensive expertise in counseling clients with diverse needs—from everyday stress to deep personal crises. For the past decade, I lived and worked in the U.S., providing psychological support to Russian- and Ukrainian-speaking diaspora communities. My work included individual and family counseling, crisis intervention, cultural adaptation support, and psychological assistance during migration, loss, and trauma. My key areas of focus include stress, anxiety, manipulation, bullying, depression, burnout, career path exploration, and personal goal setting. I integrate my own methods with approaches such as psychoanalysis, art therapy, NLP, CBT, and others. I also teach mini-workshops and provide individual sessions on stress resilience, standing up to rudeness, building interpersonal relationships, and other topics. Thanks to my experience as a director and HR manager, I help clients avoid professional pitfalls, foster effective teamwork, and achieve professional self-realization. In 2023, I returned to Ukraine to support my country during a challenging time. I continue to work with clients from the U.S. and other countries.
