Over 10 years of hands-on experience in crisis conditions, fostering a deep understanding of systemic processes. Integrate the Gestalt approach with systemic family therapy to achieve sustainable outcomes.
• Work with adults and adolescents aged 16 and older.
Areas of focus
- Psychologist and Gestalt therapy trainee specializing in working with veterans. I provide a confidential, bias-free space (LGBTQIA+ friendly) where you can pause, breathe, and feel safe and accepted with all your worries and experiences. Life often presents moments when moving forward, finding a way out of a difficult situation, or living more fully and happily in the present requires someone to lean on. Perhaps I can be that person for you. I welcome clients with the following concerns:
- Anxiety, panic states, and loss of inner direction.
- Grief and loss (support during the most challenging periods).
- Relationship crises (both personal and professional).
- Psychological support during separation crises and overcoming codependency.
- Issues of self-esteem, self-worth, self-actualization, and "finding oneself."
- Veteran adaptation and support for military families.
