I don’t criticize or lecture you about life; instead, I offer support, help you find the right solutions, answers, and restore balance by asking thoughtful questions. I work using methods of positive psychotherapy, NLP, and CBT. I hold a master’s degree in psychology, maintain ongoing supervision, and have completed my own course in personal therapy. I work with adults aged 18 and above, as well as couples.
