Professional experience
Sessions with me are comfortable and grounded in clear logic. I’ve been providing online counseling since 2018 in both Ukrainian and Russian. My life motto is: 'Peace and balance, even in the most challenging situations.' You’ll notice an improvement in your state after just one session. I don’t criticize or lecture you about life; instead, I offer support, help you find the right solutions, answers, and restore balance by asking thoughtful questions. I work using methods of positive psychotherapy, NLP, and CBT. I hold a master’s degree in psychology, maintain ongoing supervision, and have completed my own course in personal therapy. I work with adults aged 18 and above, as well as couples.
