Experienced psychologist with over 8 years of practice. Works at the "Interfemeli" clinic and co-founded the online center "Strong Family," which supports children with special educational needs and their parents. Kundalini yoga instructor, leading regular sessions for adults. Each person has an inner world—a sea of thoughts, feelings, memories, hopes, and dreams. Sometimes storms arise, and we face depths of fear, sorrow, pain, shame, or anxiety. When the waves of this inner sea threaten to engulf us, it feels like we’re drowning. Yet even in the darkest depths, there is a path to light. We can change our thoughts, feelings, and habits, learning to act gently yet consistently. Most challenges can be overcome independently, but with others, it’s important to have someone beside you who can help find new direction.
