I work with internal conflicts, depression, apathy, panic disorder, as well as relationship challenges and low self-esteem. I believe that a strong therapeutic connection is inherently healing, as it allows for deep exploration of a person’s inner world, uncovering unconscious patterns, and facilitating growth through warmth, understanding, and support. I create a safe space where clients can freely express their deepest emotions, fantasies, and conflicts without fear of judgment. My approach emphasizes acceptance, attentive presence, and patience to build trust and foster profound inner transformation through a new, more mindful and reflective way of relating.
