Почему я себе не нравлюсь на видео?
Здраствуйте, дорогие психологи. Знаю, что это, возможно, банальный вопрос, но он меня тревожит. Не нравлюсь себе на видео и не нравится как мой голос звучит. Хотя проблем с самооценкой у меня нет, я адекватно себя воспринимаю, люблю таким как есть. Почему же с видео вот так? Это психологическая проблема или это нормально?
