Не могу удержать себя, от привычек.
Здраствуйте, у меня такой вопрос. Что мне делать,если я не могу удержать себя, от привычек,я понимаю что это делать нельзя, но все-ровно делаю.. Например, Задерживаю дихание, до потери сознание, или дергаюсь так что, идут мурашки по телу, и бывает такое что, немею и и дохожу до потере обморока, и еще бывает что, задерживаю дихание + напрягаю мышцы и боюсь, делать это одновременно... Плачу понимаю что это делать нельзя, но я все-ровно делаю, что мне делать в такой, ситуаций..
