Всд, панические атаки
Здравствуйте, помогите пожалуйста, не знаю уже что делать, мучает всд и па, проходила обследование, говорят врачи что всё хорошо, это просто всд, но как с этим бороться? Доходит до того что я не могу встать с кровати, потому что ужасно кружится голова, я как не чувствую своего тела, боль в области сердца, я всего этого пугаюсь и становится намного хуже, я просто уже не чувствую что живу, сил нет уже на это всё, помогите мне пожалуйста
