The author describes long-standing difficulties in forming friendships, beginning in childhood, and a sense of loneliness that persisted after moving to another city. During adolescence, a painful breakup intensified feelings of inadequacy and led to emotional suppression. Currently, the author experiences a strong sense of emptiness, struggles with self-identity, and uncontrollable emotional outbursts. To cope with these states, the author engages in self-harming behavior. Suicidal thoughts are present, but fear of seeking psychiatric help prevents obtaining professional support.
