Чувство вины, отвращение собственного тела
Здравствуйте! Не раз переживала сексуальное насилие. Последнее было 2 месяца назад. Гложит чувство вины что в этом виновата только я . Дошло до того что мне противно смотреть на себя в зеркало, отвращение к еде , чувство будто я ее не заслужила. Депрессия, были мысли о суициде. Подскажите как выйти с этой ситуации, я больше не могу справляться с этим в одиночку.
