Не рада повышению на работе
Начальник сообщил, что собирается меня повысить, снова, за 2 года уже второй раз. Сказала ему, что пока не готова к этому, надо бы еще опыта набраться и знаний, но решение уже принято. Хотя мне было комфортно на моей позиции и я ничего не просила, в отличие от моей коллеги. Она ждала эту должность много лет, и начальник ей одно время обещал. Ужасно мучаюсь, считаю что мне досталось чужое, как с ней теперь общаться? Как вообще ей об этом сказать. Начальник собирается все провернуть как то втихаря. Помогите советом, как себя вести?
