Депрессия
У меня депрессия средней тяжести по шкале Бека.Есть ли у меня шанс выбраться и начать строить свою жизнь.Совсем нет энергии ни на что, даже на работу и учебу.Живу за границей, с матерьют и сестрой практически не общаюсь, сестра от отчима и мать живёт с ним.Как мн е черт побери собрать себя по частям и встать с колен, чтобы начать жить жизнью достойного человека?
