Боюся відповідати, екзаменів
Доброго дня. У мене є страх відповідати перед викладачем. Наприклад коли викладач каже щоб я відповіла. То коли я відповідаю буває що все забуваю. Просто впадаю в ступор і все, мовчу. Хоча трохи обідно бо я все вчила. Ця проблема наскільки я пам'ятаю є ще зі школи. І це не тільки підчас того як я відповідаю але й взагалі перед якимось публічними виступами. Як мені позбутися цього страху ?
