Как успокоить себя?
Недавно отдали котенка в другую семью. Ему 6 месяцев. Постоянно за ним скучаю, кажется что сейчас подойдет и будет ластиться, хочется его погладить. Пожалуйста скажите как отвлечь себя. Мне кажется что я предала его. Помогите справиться с переживаниями....
