Здравствуте. Мне 14 лет. У меня проблема. Я начала замечать что мои родители занимаются этим. Я пыталась терпеть , но не получается. Я почти кажлую ночь не сплю, часто из-за этого плачуЯ не знаю как сказать это маме, страшно. Помогите пожайлуста , как мне быть в этой ситуации
