Самоценность
Кажется, у меня абсолютно отсутствует самоценность.. Я что-то изображаю перед людьми, могу делать замечания, что вот так нельзя со мной, но итог один - люди позволяют себе вести себя по-хамски со мной (точнее, я позволяю).. Для меня это стало открытием.. Ранее я думала, что я как раз очень хорошо отстаиваю границы..
Посоветуйте, как можно эту самую самоценность повысить? Спасибо..
