Тревога , Страх .
Здравствуйте, у меня из-за нервов появились панические атаки(были неприятностина роботе, переживание за родных так как там война 😥) и теперь высокий пульс ,головокружение, кидает в пот, нехватает воздуха, эта проблема уже больше 2х месяцев, почти каждый день такое состояние , что с етим делать или к какому врачу обращаться?
