Как избавиться от этого?
Я постоянно извиняюсь и не имеет значения парень это или друзья даже если я хорошо понимаю что не виновата и мне это очень мешает потому что понимаю что могут просто пользоваться этим, но не могу с собой ничего сделать, но перед родителями мне очень трудно извиняться даже за сами плохие поступки
