Обращаться ли в социальную службу
Ситуация такая, у нас есть соседи, семейная пара, муж бывший наркоман, в принципе с виду нормальные люди, возможно злоупотребляют алкоголем. Но у папы в комнате очень слышно как отец орет на детей при том трех этажным матом, может даже в 3 часа ночи. Дети - два мальчика около 6 и 2х лет. И мы не знаем обращаться в социальную службу? Дети ходят в принципе нормально одетые, накормленные. А мы еще мешкаемся так как не хотим проблем с соседями. Но детей жалко и хочется помочь.
