Аргессивное отношение к ребенку
Здравствуйте. Моему сыну 2,4 года, я очень агрессивно к нему отношусь. Из-за того что я уставшая, что то не успеваю я начинаю нервничать, если с кем то поругаюсь, повздорю все это сказывается на ребенке. После сижу и плачу, как я могу так относиться к ребенку. Муж очень меня за это ругает и я сама пугаюсь своего состояния. Пыталась не кричать, вести себя спокойно, хватате меня не на долго... Просто уже не знаю что делать, идти к психологу? Помогите пожалусто...
