Здравствуйте. Я чувствую, что у меня проблемы с чувством вины. Чуть любой человек отдаляется от меня, я сначала внутренне злюсь, потому, что знаю, что будет с моими чувствами дальше. А дальше включается чувство вины. Иногда абсурдное, и я не могу разобрать, где оно обоснованно, а где неуместно. И начинаю себя очень плохо чувствовать. Подскажите, что это.
