вспыльчивость.
Есть проблема с такой чертой моего характера как вспыльчивость или раздражительность. Без повода и с поводом. Иногда срываюсь на близких и родных мне людях, а потом жалею об этом. Сейчас у нас в семье малыш - и мне бы не хотелось что б ребенок страдал от моей неуравновешенности.
Но к сожалению не имею понятия как это сделать, ни к кому обратится с такой проблемой.
