Подскажите, ето депрессия или какое-то нервное растройство?
Здравствуйте, у меня сложилась такая ситуация: мне 25 лет последние 4 года я чуствую себя не уверенно, тяжело общатся с людьми, даже работу последние 3 месяца не могу найти, так как не могу взять телефон и позвонить. Что со мной происходит не могу понять. Чуцтвую как полностью меняюсь в худшую сторону. Подскажите, ето депрессия или какое-то нервное растройство?
