Я боюсь своих выдумок
Недавно узнал о глистах, отравлениях и т.д. С детства проблемы с желудком, и я всегда боюсь что что-то случится со мной и меня отвезут в больницу. Меня часто тошнит, но оказывается что всё нормально. Но самое ужасное, что когда узнаю о какой-то новой проблеме/боли сразу же становится страшно. Я иду рыться в интернете и мне становится ещё страшнее. Я не знаю как от этого избавится, пожалуйста помогите.
