Всё и все раздражают, как с этим справится?
Здравствуйте! Прошу о помощи, никак не могу с собой справится. Меня все раздражает, машины, которые ездят под окнами, дети, которые пищат, собаки гавкающие, телевизор, который громко работает, громкие стуки. Я начинаю очень нервничать меня начинает тошнить и ноги подкашиваются, что это и можно ли от этого избавиться? Спасибо
