Излишняя впечатлительность
В последнее время я стала крайне впечатлительно, это мешает моим отношения с дорогими мне людьми. Так как раньше я могла не предавать особого значения сказанным в мою сторону шуткам, к примеру, а сейчас воспринимаю все очень близко к сердцу, просто ответить ничего не могу ком в горле и слёзы накатываются. Какая то обида затаивается в сердце и потом не дает покоя... не знаю что с этим делать. Помогите советом по самоконтролю
