В мене низька самооцінка. Я не можу відповісти на грубість. На роботі я не можу відстояти своєї думки, хоча часто буваю права. Я не можу за себе постояти, щось мямлю, мене кидає в жар, аж самій соромно.Близько року пробую скористатися тренінги по книжках, але нічого не вийшло. Хочу попробувати зі спеціалістом розібратися. Може він підкаже мені іншу причину моїх проблем. Дякую
