Привычка к онанизму
Беспокоит глупая проблема: я с детства, с 10 лет занимаюсь онанизмом. С периода полового созревания делаю это активно, ежедневно. С того же возраста психологические проблемы: стесняюсь девушек, женщин, неловко чувствую себя в их обществе. В 25 лет впервые предпринял попытку совершить половой акт, неудачно. Позже попробовал ещё, но безуспешно, что укрепило дурную привычку. Пытался бросить самостоятельно, но не смог. Это дело занимает много времени и сил. Меня это очень беспокоит. Помогите, не знаю, что делать.
