Як діяти при психологічному насиллі?
Сварки з батьком набирають обертів, раніше це було фізичне насилля зараз психологічне. Я себе відчуваю зайвою в сім\'ї та мене не покидають думки про самогубство. Скільки б я не робила як би не допомагала мені всеодно говорить що я нездара і сиджу в нього на шиї. Мені не можна нервувати і він це знає хоча не дотримується і мені погано після кожної сварки. Допоможіть будь ласка
