Суицидальные мысли
Я Даня, мне 16 лет. Я не могу спать ночью, так как меня всю ночь тревожат суицидальные мысли. Причем эти суицидальные мысли приходят ко мне только ночью, в день же, они меня не тревожат. Ко мне приходят мысли ненависти и стыда, после желание покончить с собой. Я не могу понять это просто *переходный возраст* как все говорят, или же это проблема и она сама не пройдет?
