Здравствуйте.У меня есть друг,которые не любит себя.Ему 28 лет,не женат,скромен,стеснителен,но остроумен и грамотен(главный инженер)Считает себя дураком и неудачником.С девушками стал спать поздно и опыта там нет.Чтобы начать общение с людьми,надо выпить,чтобы расслабиться.
Пыталась ему объяснить,что надо уметь себя любить.
Что вы ещё можете сказать по этому поводу?Как повысить самооценку?
