Панические атаки
Помогите, пожалуйста, справиться с паническими атаками , повышенной тревожностью и депрессией на этом фоне . Пью таблетки, толку , к сожалению, никакого. Последнее время , постоянно, плачу, некоторое время назад начались тошнота и головокружения, вызываю скорую, они делают укол и все, он снимает спазм на некоторое время, так же, пью антидепрессанты и гидозепам беру в крайних случаях. Прошу о помощи .
