Как облегчить симптомы ОКР?
Постоянно проверяю настройки телефона, аккаунтов, ничего не могу делать кроме этого, часто мою руки, не получается сосредоточиться на чём-то другом. Ощущаю что что-то не так, получаю иногда разный результат на одни и те же действия, это меня и не останавливает.
