что мне делать?
здравствуйте,мне очень плохо,меня постоянно охватывают истерики,нет сил и желания что либо делать,так же борясь 2 года с селфхармом,сегодня я опять порезалась,я не чувствую боль,мне приятно от этих ощущений,ещё я пью просто так феназепам,возможно у меня есть психические отклонения,помогите разобраться
