Добрый день. Меня зовут Аня , мне 17 лет. С недавних пор меня начали мучать очень плохие как бы говоря симптомы. Я слышу голос человека незнакомый мне и вижу этого человека который показывает мне что мне надо порезать себе руки. Также я чувствую тревогу и меня всю трусит когда это все происходит со мной. Подскажите пожалуйста как мне быть? Что мне делать?
