отказ токсичному клиенту
здравствуйте! меня зовут Александа. Я частный мастер маникюра, работаю более 5 лет на себя , работаю с людьми. часто попадаются клиенты токсичные, в частности болтушки, после которых чувствую себя не комфортно, как энергию забрали. как таким клиентам тактично и правильно отказать в оказании услуг, в дальнейшей работе? какая именно будет правильная корректная формулировка? заранее спасибо за помощь.
