Полная апатия ко всему, настолько затяжная, что самой страшно
Добрый вечер. Полнейшая апатия, уже несколько лет. Нет интереса ни к чему, и перспектив/целей не вижу, хотя раньше была очень целеустремленной. Понимаю, что так не должно быть, но ничего поделать с собой не могу. Плюс - начала "заедать" проблемы, даже если не голодная совсем (понятно, что отсюда еще одна проблема - лишний вес, неуверенность и неприятие новой себя). Появилось какое-то неконтролируемое питание - знаю, что вредно, и что плохо потом будет - но все равно ем(
