Полезно ли половое воздержание?
Много читал об этом, сторонники воздержания пишут что при целибате пояляется масса преемуществ. Но в интернете у всех разное мнение, одни говорят полезно, другие что вредно. Но как и где найти факты и аргументы то или иной позиции? Знаю что хороший способо на себе проверить, но вдруг такие эксперементы по типу: умру ли я если спрыгну с крыши.
