Как жить без иллюзий
Здравствуйте, проблема в том что что я живу в каком то мире иллюзий, а не в нормальном. К примеру я одеваю наушники включаю музыку и начинаю представлять что я катаюсь на дорогой машине, что у меня жена красавица, что очень много денег и в целом жизнь удалась. Да я понимаю, что это представлять можно и каждый это делает, но я могу так делать по 2-3 часа… и очень много времени впустую уходит, как избавиться от этой привычки?
