Страх жить жизнь
Я взрослый,но выросла с мамой тираном,и папой тираном.Все время была в подчинении чьей то воле ,боялась ,сделать что то не так,не угодить ...Теперь живу в страхе в постоянном страхе.Боюсь сделать любой шаг. От мелочей и до отношений. Боюсь отношений ,боюсь быть счастливой.Как мне быть ?
