Помогите, не знаю как быть
Вчера срались с девушкой, она накидалась, сидим говорим с ней и я её хочу обнять, она начала бить меня ногами и руками, очень сильно и со злостью, пытался как-то её успокоить, в итоге она выкрикивала всякие оскорбления в мой адрес и продолжала бить, последней каплей стал удар кулаком в лицо - я не сдержался и ответил тем же, чувствую себя как животное(понимаю что так и есть), не знаю что теперь делать, очень виноват перед ней, но все же очень хочу наладить контакт снова
