Підскажіть що робити?
Добрий день.... Одним словом у мене нерви дуже слабкі. Я постійно на всіх зриваюсь.... ну я з тими людьми хто до мене ставиться нормально то я тоже нормально.... я просто не люблю просто не навиджу коли мною командують. Навідь на роботі я ледь стримуюсь. Але я відчуваю що скоро буде капець.... іноді здається що людина яка мене не чує я її готова вбити.... я не знаю що мені робити з саоїми нервами
