Желание быть хорошей
Здравствуйте. У меня проблема что все время с детства хочу быть воспринятой как хорошая или лучшая. Мама была очень требующей, закатывала истерики. Были у меня и нее панические атаки.
Во взрослой жизни я боюсь ошибок и критики, провала, ублажаю людей чтоб добится признания. Не понимаю за чем это делаю и не умею избавиться. Это очень мучительно.
