Зависимость от общения в одноклассниках
Я зависла на общение в одноклассниках, меня это напрягает. Как избавиться от этой зависимости и перестать хотеть туда заходить, впустую тратить время на по- сути чужих мне людей? Я не хочу туда заходить, но если я открываю компьютер, то пальцы сами набирают адрес и это мое безволие меня раздражает, а еще меня раздражает, что у меня портится настроение, если я вижу, что мне не отвечают на мои письма.
