Professional experience
I have been providing individual psychological counseling since 2021. To ensure high-quality care, I regularly engage in personal and group therapy, as well as individual and group supervision. My work is grounded in principles of acceptance, mutual respect, and confidentiality.
Areas of focus
- I often work with clients who experience chronic anxiety, unfounded fears, or a persistent sense of dissatisfaction despite seemingly stable lives. These struggles often point to unresolved trauma — the result of long-term neglect of core needs such as safety, recognition, acceptance, love, or self-expression. In such cases, individuals may feel disconnected from themselves, ignoring their true needs or masking them with substitutes. Healing requires time and a safe space to gradually restore wholeness, rediscover authentic desires, and learn to embrace one’s true self without pretenses. I invite you to individual sessions where we can gently piece together the parts of you that feel lost.
