- I work with adults and adolescents aged 15 and older. You can reach out to me if you're facing challenges in relationships (with a partner, children, parents, colleagues), experiencing loneliness (with yourself or others), going through a crisis or grief (loss of job, status, money, relationships, loved ones, or health). I also assist those who frequently fall ill without a clear cause, feel persistent guilt, shame, or anxiety. I help during pregnancy planning, pregnancy itself, or the postpartum period, as well as with difficulties conceiving, perinatal losses, or emotionally difficult pregnancies and postpartum experiences. I support those overwhelmed by emotions they can’t quite define. Much of my work involves people in crisis, with past or present traumatic experiences, those in toxic relationships, and individuals with borderline personality organization. I lead adult and adolescent groups. A significant part of my practice focuses on working with people in emigration. I’m ready to be a guide, support, and companion on your challenging yet meaningful journey toward self-discovery.
