My areas of support include managing heightened anger in various situations, improving relationships with partners, parents, and colleagues, fostering self-respect and mutual respect, breaking unhelpful behavioral and thought patterns, enhancing communication skills, addressing motherhood-related challenges, and promoting self-fulfillment. I also work with anxiety, self-doubt, and panic attacks. Clients often come with vague or unclear concerns—this is normal, as clarity typically emerges during the session.
