Areas of focus
specialization, area of professional interest
I work with adult clients facing relationship challenges—whether with a partner (lack of intimacy, conflicts, dependency), loved ones (children, parents, colleagues, friends), or themselves (self-worth, high self-demands, self-criticism, insecurity). I support those who feel unfulfilled in life—lacking joy, experiencing burnout, chronic fatigue, apathy, disappointment, or a sense of being stuck. I help clients navigate complex emotions such as grief, loss, fear, guilt, toxic shame, uncontrollable anger, or other difficult feelings. My work also includes addressing persistent doubts—"Who am I?", "What do I want?", "What’s holding me back?", fear of change, lack of self-belief, confusion, and uncertainty about the future. I address psychosomatic issues—chronic illnesses, anxiety, insomnia, inability to relax, body dissatisfaction, sexuality concerns, or physical tension. Currently, I do not work with children, families, addictions, clinical diagnoses, oncology patients, or child loss.
