Professional experience
Since 2020, I have been providing psychological counseling and psychotherapy. Individual sessions are available from age 18. I collaborate with a psychiatrist when medication is needed. Since February 2022, I work exclusively online.

I work using cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and schema therapy — evidence-based approaches that help uncover the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. My goal is to gently yet deeply explore your core beliefs, emotional patterns, and reactions so you can reframe situations, nurture self-compassion, and respond more intentionally. These methods are effective for: adjusting to life changes, navigating forced migration, managing anxiety and panic attacks, addressing depressive symptoms, burnout, perfectionism, life crises and losses, interpersonal relationships (romantic, parent-child), motherhood, low self-esteem, recurring life patterns, building resilience, personal growth, or simply seeking support without a specific issue. My aim is to create a safe space where you can gain self-awareness, develop healthier responses to challenges, and restore inner balance.
